Brad Berning, Vice President, Investor Relations

As vice president of investor relations at Zillow Group, Brad oversees all financial and investor communications for the company.

Brad has nearly 23 years of experience in the financial services industry spanning both asset management and equity research. Before joining Zillow Group in 2019, Brad was a senior research analyst at Craig-Hallum Capital Group, LLC where he covered companies in financial technology and real estate. Previously, Brad was a portfolio manager at Pine River Capital and a fund manager. He was also a founding partner of the FrontPoint Financial Services Fund where he oversaw investing in housing and global insurance for seven years.

Brad is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse.


Dawn Lyon, Chief Corporate Relations Officer

As chief corporate relations officer at Zillow Group, Dawn oversees the company’s corporate communications, government & community relations and investor relations.

Prior to joining Zillow Group, Dawn led communications, investor relations, government and public affairs and other reputation programs for numerous brands, including Chevron, eBay, and Amtrak. Most recently, Dawn served as chief reputation officer & senior vice president of corporate affairs at Glassdoor, a job listing and company review site. She is also founder and senior advisor of LyonSHARE Communications Group, a strategic communications consultancy.

Dawn helped organize and launch the Employers for Pay Equity consortium and is an advisor to both the California Film Institute’s Mind the Gap initiative and How Women Lead. She serves as a board member of T4A.org, a non-profit that facilitates dialogue between public officials and the technology community to identify and develop results-focused initiatives to serve the community.

Dawn holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in political science from San Diego State University, and an executive certificate in public policy and management from the University of Washington.
